Josh Boehm

I write about why human systems hold together and why they come apart. Most of that thinking lives here. The part about the built world, the part someone can hire me for, mostly lives at Endure.

The through-line across everything here is one question: what is the structure actually producing, and who is getting blamed for it instead. That question works on buildings and neighborhoods and policy, but it also works on relationships, conflict, and the rooms people end up in.

This is not the firm talking. None of it runs past Endure, and none of it is a client position. Read it as me working things out in the open.
